State of Space Recap

On Tuesday, October 11th, our Business Development team attended the Greater Houston Partnership’s State of Space. The event brought together leaders from NASA’s Johnson Space Center and prominent aerospace organizations for an insightful conversation on how public and private cooperation is enabling the next frontier of space exploration.

The event was an excellent networking opportunity for Greater Houston Partnership Members and Non-Members.

Growing the Commercial Space Sector

The event was a great opportunity for companies to network with other private firms as well as learn about the future of space technology and exploration. Hearing from NASA and other aerospace organizations brought to light new opportunities for companies looking to partner with NASA and its counterparts. NASA’s continued mission to put people in space—sustainably and at scale—marks the beginning of a new era of cooperation with private firms. Many of these partnerships are taking place at the Houston Spaceport, which is serving as a catalyst for growth in the commercial space sector.

“As a proud NASA-approved vendor here in Houston, Onset Technologies, LLC attended the Greater Houston Partnership’s State of Space event. We networked with many new companies, as well as caught up with familiar partners. We developed many new opportunities for our IT Professional Services and look forward to following up on them. The event was a success and productive for all.”
